Feature Incorporated: Enable SMS text Message on Cancelled Events

The SMS Text Messages Feature is really useful. Feature, additionally add this button after an event is already cancelled, and the skipper goes to the event, for example, to send an additional message.

This was an easy enhancement and has been incorporated to all sites as of 1245 on 10 July. All Skippers and Admins have the SMS text button on their phones for all events now, including canceled events.
