[crew] cannot be deleted

(1) This seems to be added automatic now, even after the user deletes it. How to delete?
(2) I searched for [crew] in the new features forum. I thought I remembered somewhere it was posted that this was not automatically being added, but I was unable to go back and find the entry.

This behavior is by design and previously explained in this post.

An update on the [crew] shortcode visibility. Crew Manager has been updated so that the shortcode is automatically hidden so it may not be inadvertently deleted. It's there, you just can't see it!
