Bug Fixed: Adding Crew via Calendar Screen Bleeds Crew to Other Sites

The feature rolled out on 5 July to add crew to an event via the Calendar screen causes crew to "bleed through" and appear on other sites event lists. No personal information (email or phone numbers) is exposed, only the name.

Troubleshooting will be done this weekend and the problem will be fixed. In the interim, hold off using this feature until the issue has been fixed.

The problem reported in this bug was found and corrected as of 8:45pm 13 July 2019. All sites have the updated software and may use the new feature again.
