The All In One Events Calendar plugin by Time.ly provides the event calendar function used by Crew Manager.  Time.Ly offers a free one time import ability, with a fee for subsequent imports.  This is described in the Skipper Directions for Crew Manager in the section labeled Load the Season Schedule - All In One Calendar Events. The ability to import from a formatted spreadsheet would be helpful for many users.  An approach to do this will be evaluated with the software updated in the future. 

There is now a spreadsheet import capability so that calendar inputs stored in an Excel Spreadsheet may be imported via a CSV formatted file. This is documented in the post Import Excel Spreadsheet to Populate the Calendar. All sites were updated 24 September 2019.

Further to this topic as of 18 February 2020 it is now possible to copy events from any Crew Manager subscriber's calendar to your own. The Crew Manager main site will be updated as a "master" calendar that people may copy events from.

This capability is on the same screen as described in the previous post. The new copy capability is located on the bottom half of the page.
