Bug Fixed: Skipper Add Crew Displays in Calendar when Not Logged In

The feature for the Skipper to add or edit a crew member on the calendar is displaying when the Skipper is not logged in. This needs to be corrected in the [crew] shortcode file.

This bug has been fixed. The display to add or modify a crew member in the calendar views is only available to Skippers and Administrators. All sites were updated @ 9:20pm 13 August 2019.
