It would be helpful to have a quick link to the dashboard for the skipper from the pull down menu

Feature Incorporated: Email Crew Notification of New Event
It would be great to have the ability to email crew directly from an event added to the calendar with the ability to generate the message from the data contained in the event and select which of the crew lists to contact.
