Race results may be entered via the Boat, Results page from the menu and then emailed to crew. Results when posted may be sent automatically (default setting) to the event crew withing one hour of saving them, or manually sent per the instructions below. Sending results manually will disable automatically sending results for that event to prevent duplicate messages.
Automatic Results Sending: Results updated via supported regatta management sites are automatically updated in Crew Manager daily via Automatic Race Management Integration, and automatically sent to the event crew. Additionally, any results added manually are scheduled automatically for sending to the event crew, and may be manually sent if desired immediately to either the event crew or the All Posts group as selected from a dropdown. Setup for automatic results sending is covered in Modify Settings – Set Site Options and Schedule Multiple Boats should you have more than one boat.
- Click down arrow on Boat then click Results on desktops or the results icon
on a phone - The current year results are displayed chronologically for each event where results were recorded. To select a different year, click the year dropdown and the screen auto updates.
- The logged in Skipper has a check box labeled <== Check to Enable Results Entry

- Results are entered in the text boxes, then the blue Submit Changes button is clicked.
- To immediately email results, select the group in the Email Results column dropdown, then click the blue Submit Changes button. Results for the selected race are then sent to the crew group selected.
