Bug Fixed: Skipper Add Crew Feature Should Not Display in Crew Reminder Emails

A bug was introduced when the feature allowing the Skipper to add Crew to an event using the calendar. The dropdowns now display in the crew reminder email. The section labeled Skipper use row below to add a Crew Member, or override data shown above and subsequent rows should be removed from the email that is sent.

This bug was fixed with the extra text stripped from reminder emails. All sites have been updated with this fix as of 7:50am on 31 July 2019.
