Then how do you hide event or prevent individuals from signing up for events they were not invited because they see on schedule which is public?

Request a feature to allow skippers to invite crew members to specific events. Possibly select individual events to be by invitation only or private and allow skippers to select crew members and send invites to crew members for these events.
