Further research with this request reveals that many corporate firewalls are setup to block the ports used to sync the calendar externally. Working with their IT folks, these users were able to get the Outlook 365 calendar to properly sync with Crew Manager.

I have done testing and can confirm that Gmail addresses may use the format name@gmail.com for a primary address and add the +1, +2, +3, ... suffix to name. This bug has been fixed with Crew Manager release 3.0.0 rolled out to all sites 17 December 2021.

Thanks for that tip. I will do some testing and if all works well will update the online documentation to note this Gmail feature.

The problem for this bug was found and corrected 3 hours after it was reported. All sites have been updated with the fix.
